Identify Requirements
Our Recruitment Manager works with your team to identify the most important candidate attributes and requirements. We then pull together a job description and distribute it across our network to start attracting applicants.

Candidate Shortlisting
We review the video interview submissions to select the top candidates and further weed out the ones who miss any of the client's requirements. This leaves us with a shortlist of candidates most suited to the role.

Client Interviews
Based on the information we provide, you decide which of the candidates to interview further and we schedule these interviews on your behalf.

Ongoing Support
We remain available to deal with any HR and employment-related matters. You pay us monthly in your local currency, and we pay the employee.

Initial Screening
We sift through all applicants’ CVs to identify the best-matching candidates. Each of the selected applicants is invited to submit a video interview and answer a few screening questions.

Candidate Introductions
We compile candidate profiles, which highlight key information and summarise our insights, and share these with you to review. You also get access to interview recordings.

After meeting and interviewing the top candidates, you inform us who YOU want to hire, and we take care of all contractual matters and payroll from there.

BO-SMART takes payroll and HR admin off your hands, simplifying the client’s experience with remote, off-shore hires. You make a single £-payment to BO-SMART UK each month, which covers the cost of the hire’s remuneration and our service fees. BO-SMART SA pays the hire in ZAR as part of its responsibility for payroll and HR duties.
